To download your National Identity Card, you have to first download the mobile NIMC App from Google play store to gain access to your page.

Click HEREto download the App So after downloading the app, you open it and fill in your details as Specified which you can get from your Temporary NIMC slip given to you.

After filling you click on Next and Boom it takes you to the page as seen below.

       

When you see this page, Tap on Show my I.D and You will see your I.D....   Easy right ??
